In terms of market and customer, we will focus on promoting core orders such as ABB high-voltage motor batch project, CRRC Xi'an Jieli batch and coil project, Beijing Sany motor coil project, etc., to ensure substantial growth of existing motor product orders, and expand overseas export proportion. At the same time, taking payment collection as the lifeline, focusing on clearing overdue accounts, and ensuring that the turnover rate of funds is controlled at a reasonable level;
In terms of technological research and product development, we focus on the two major directions of "superconductivity" and "wind power", and make every effort to tackle the Rutherford cable, Western superconducting magnet, and Dongfang Electric wind power coil projects, seizing the technological high ground with high-end products.
In terms of cost reduction and efficiency improvement, typical experiences are promoted through project-based management mechanisms to drive the shift from "sweat based" to "smart based" growth. The digital transformation is accelerating synchronously, and the MES intelligent manufacturing system is expected to be officially launched in May, achieving digital management of the entire production process.
